Classrooms
Where the school day happens
Every class from Pre-Nursery to Class XII is taught in its own room on the same campus in Aliganj. Rooms are arranged so a teacher can reach any desk, and groups can form without moving the furniture.
Rooms built for teaching, not for rows
Seating is arranged so a teacher can move between desks and speak to one student without disturbing the room, and so desks can be grouped when a lesson needs it.
A screen in every classroom
Lessons use a projector or interactive board alongside the textbook, in every grade — not only in the senior school. Diagrams, maps and worked problems are shown rather than described.
Furniture that fits the class
Desks and chairs are sized for the age group using them and maintained through the year, so a Class II child is not sitting at a senior school desk.
Walls that change
Charts, learning aids and the students' own work go up on the walls and are replaced through the session, so the room reflects what is being taught that month.

Photographs only go so far. Any parent is welcome to walk into a classroom on a working day and see one being taught.
